Product Warranty Policy

Under normal use, Déesse PRO devices are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date.

Devices purchased on or after 1 July 2026 are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
• Servicing by unauthorised persons
• Connection to incorrect power sources
• Use with unauthorised accessories

If your device develops a fault during the applicable warranty period, please contact orders@kiaracosmetics.co.nz as soon as possible.
