Shipping policy

Orders are picked by Kiara Cosmetics Ltd and shipped using Courier Post.

Courier charges are automatically applied at checkout as per Freight & Handling Protocol for your area. These charges are subject to change. All courier charges are subject to change without notice.

It is the Stockist’s responsibility to check the order upon its receipt. Discrepancies must be brought to our attention within three business days of delivery.

Due to the nature of our business we are unable to urgent/guarantee overnight delivery services, while we will always do our best to accommodate requests please allow enough time for your order to arrive. Delivery to South Island or rural addresses can add extra time.  

If you’re a cash account and selected to pay by online banking your order will be shipped once payment shows in our account - for faster processing you may send a screenshot of payment to orders@kiaracosmetics.co.nz

If you’re a cash account and have paid by credit card or have a 20th of the month account with us we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Our orders are now shipped using Courier Post - you will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
