Credit Application

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility for 20th Month Account requires a minimum monthly spend of $300. 

2. Approved accounts - Payment due 20th month following date of invoice.

3. Any costs incurred in the collection of overdue accounts will be payable by the purchaser. Kiara Cosmetics Limited reserves the right to charge penalty interest at the rate of 5% per month.

4. Prices subject to change without notice.

5. No claim or returns accepted unless made within seven days. Goods to be returned in saleable condition, including all packaging and invoice details supplied. Surcharge for handling may apply.

6. Goods remain of the property of Kiara Cosmetics Limited until payment is made in full.

7. All goods ordered by owner or staff of held account would be the responsibility of the owner, unless goods returned within seven day period for credit, clause 4. applies.

8. Kiara Cosmetics reserve the right to review customer credit history and change credit terms if appropriate - Notice of change to credit terms will be effective immediately and confirmed in writing to customers.

9. I/We authorise you to obtain any information that is necessary to evaluate my/our credit worthiness. I/We accept that if I/we fail to pay the account you are authorised to pass information to an outside agent to assist in recovery.

10. All freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

11. For credit accounts balance owing must be paid via bank transfer - If you wish to pay by credit card a 2.85% fee applies. 

CUSTOMER DECLARATION

As a Proprietor of the above business I/we accept liability for credit extended on this credit application and I/we undertake to pay for all goods and services provided by you if the company fails to meet its obligations under these application terms.

I/we acknowledge that unpaid accounts will incur late payment fees and collection costs.

I/we acknowledge that I/we have thoroughly read and understood Kiara Cosmetics Terms and Conditions of Sale attached to this Credit Application form.

I/we understand and accept that these Terms and Conditions for every order or request of Supply of products and /or services made by the customer to Kiara Cosmetics.

I/we further certify that I/we are authorised to complete this Application Form and make this declaration on behalf of the customer and that the information stated herein is true and correct.
